FINALLY I dreamt it last night: The Second Coming. Nothing like the advertisement. The ground didn't shake, the earth didn't stop in its orbit, rivers did not run backwards, nor did a single bush burn.
But this time everyone on earth heard clearly, not one left out, not even lost tribes in Borneo or hermits in the Himalayas. And all reasonable people agreed that IT said with electric clarity:
We should treat others as we would like to be treated, take care of our earth, beware of organized superstition masquerading as truth, and most of all, and this was highlighted with lightning and underscored with thunder:
USE YOUR BRAINS THIS TIME! CRITICAL THINKING IN ALL AREAS--ESPECIALLY RELIGION-- IS NOT A SIN; IT IS A REQUIREMENT.
That was all. But enough. We wrote it down while the words still roared in our heads.
And then I awoke.
